Information regarding quality issues and general information on Teamwear

Craft HQ, warehouse and Sourcing office in China has put highest focus to make sure Craft quality level is followed.

At HQ there is a new fabric team in place to source and confirm quality and sustainability level on all materials.

Warehouse has new QC check to control incoming deliveries and stop orders to be mixed in case of possible quality issue.

During the covid pandemic the on site quality check was not possible due to the strict rules on travelling.

Quality check and factory visits are now taking place to ensure all productions are within Craft standards.

Evolve and Squad 2.0

Beginning July mail was sent out regarding quality issue.

Process is ongoing for testing and separating the shipments that we find with lower result in pilling. This is a critical work since each order and colour needs to be checked as we find different result in each batch.

Unfortunately we had some delays in this process due to the high pressure on our warehouse.

Evolve

We have one shipment coming to our warehouse in mid September with garments that has been approved in quality. We also have one shipment that will be shipped within a few weeks.

All new approved orders will be separated on warehouse at delivery to not mix with earlier stock.

We also have placed new orders where we have worked with the supplier to change some properties on the fabrics. There after each lot is again tested before any production is allowed to start. We are trying to push the delivery of these orders to secure our supply during the autumn and early spring.
